Apparently miso paste didn’t come in small batches. I also don’t really like miso soup, but I love miso dressing for salad, see my recipe here. So I tried to use all this miso paste in everything else. This time I marinate salmon with miso and it’s just amazing. I love it. And the rest of the ingredients apart from miso, are staple in my pantry anyway. I mean if you made my miso salad dressing, you’ll have everything else.
I make sure these salmon fillets are drenched in the sauce, so they may not look like salmon fillets but I promise they are. Next time I will try to use this paste in chicken thighs, I am sure it would be amazing, so stay tune…

2 salmon fillets, 8 oz each.
1 tbsp white miso paste
2 tbsp rice vinegar

1 inch ginger -minced
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp toasted sesame oil
1/2 tsp sesame seeds black
1 tbsp green onions -thinly sliced
Instructions:

- Add the salmon fillets to the bowl and spoon the marinade over the top. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the broiler. Arrange the salmon fillets on the sheet pan and spoon any excess marinade over the top.
