The laziest day called for the laziest recipe but amazing outcome. You only need 4 ingredients, salt and pepper don’t count as ingredients they are just very basic staple. Cause you know, I never read recipes that called for fire, but we need it to cook LOL.
You can also use any parts of steak, I used sirloin. But remember we cubed the meat, so meat that small don’t need fillet mignon or porterhouse. In fact using fillet mignon for this, is a little disrespectful. This is my new popcorn for movie nights! Or anytime really.
Ingredients:
1 pound sirloin steak –cut into small cubes
1 tbsp olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
3 tbsp salted butter
4 cloves garlic –minced
2 tbsp fresh parsley –chopped
Instructions:
- Add olive oil to a large skillet over medium high heat. Once the pan is nice and hot, add the steak in a single layer, work in batches if needed.
- Add salt and pepper. Cook the steak for 5 more minutes, stirring often.
- Reduce heat to medium and melt the butter in the pan. Add minced garlic and let it cook for approximately 1 minute. Stir to coat the steak bites completely with the garlic butter and cook for additional 1 minute.
- Remove from pan and sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley. Enjoy!
I just made this, so easy and rewarding, thank you!
oh great, I’m glad.
