Pizza Rolls

Nine out of ten pizza I’ve eaten in a week, lol, I rolled them up because it’s easier to avoid sauce from dripping and the loaded topping from falling. So I just made this pre-rolled pizza to make my dining experience even faster. Also I was thinking pizza this way is so much easier to store, if we have any leftovers, if…. Who has triangle shape of containers?

You can easily switch up toppings to something you prefer, like ham or bacon, or both. I just happened to have pepperonis. Also the cheese, I love my pizza cheesy so I was splurging on the cheese. You can scale down. That is the thing about making things your own, you can just do whatever you like. Especially this rolled up pizza, they don’t have to look organized, make sure they look yummy.

I layered the pepperonis on the rectangle pizza dough, I did only one layer and I regretted it, I should’ve done more pepperonis but I was worried it would be tough job to roll them. For the sauce you can omit completely to avoid the dough being soggy and just have the sauce as dipping sauce. Entirely up to you, you are the rock of your own pizza rolls.
